1. Shareholders meet to discuss:

Shareholders hold a meeting to discuss and decide the company's investment direction, business scope, investment proportion and mode. Draft resolutions of shareholders' meeting and elect legal representative. Draft the articles of association.

2. Please prepare 3-4 names:

If you take the prefix "Anhui", go to the Anhui Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce in Shuguang New Village. With "Hefei" as the prefix, register with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of High-tech Zone (30 1 Room) (53 12540).

Enterprise names generally include four sections: region+font size+industry+organization form.

3. Fill in the application for pre-approval of enterprise name:

Submit a copy of shareholder's ID card. General limited company has 2- 15 shareholders, with a minimum registered capital of 30,000 yuan; The minimum registered capital of a one-person limited liability company is 654.38 million yuan.

4. Obtain the pre-approval notice of enterprise name:

Take the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name within 5 working days, indicating the registered capital, enterprise name, investment amount, investment proportion, etc.

5. Go to the bank to open a temporary account:

According to the agreement of shareholders, the registered capital can be contributed separately or in stages (the balance will be paid in two years). Non-monetary property (intellectual property) should be evaluated for transfer.

6. Go through capital verification procedures:

Take bank receipts, inquiry letters, legal representative's ID cards, resolutions of shareholders' meeting, etc. Make capital verification to the accounting firm and issue a capital verification report.

7. Obtain the real estate license and contract of the business place;

Signed "Anhui Housing Lease Contract" with relevant incubators.

8. Fill in the application for company establishment registration! Pay the industrial and commercial registration fee of 0.08%.

9. Obtain a business license:

Take the original of the above materials to Hefei High-tech Zone Industrial and Commercial Bureau for the original and copy of the business license. Obtain the Notice of Business Opening and start business legally. The business license is inspected once a year.

10. Organization code certificate:

With a copy of the business license and its copy, a copy of the legal person's ID card and the official seal of the enterprise, apply to the Technical Supervision Bureau for the Organization Code Certificate.

1 1. National tax and local tax registration certificate:

The tax registration shall be handled by the State Taxation Bureau (53338 13) and the Local Taxation Bureau (5327257) in the Enterprise Accounting High-tech Zone (in the Triangle Building of Anhui Science and Technology Museum). Purchase invoices and submit monthly tax returns.

12. Opening enterprise basic account:

After the business license, organization code certificate, national tax certificate and local tax certificate are complete, go to a bank that you think is convenient to open an enterprise basic account.
