Five years in the company not only taught me the progress of my professional knowledge, but also gave me a high-spirited attitude. After all, one hundred days is only a short beginning. Therefore, team spirit and sense of teamwork are extremely important for our work, which can not only improve the work efficiency of the whole project team, but also help us find problems and identify risks, and also promote the improvement of our work potential.

June 20 12, with the expectation of perfection in the future and the mentality of striving hard from scratch, I joined the team of xxx Zhumadian head office, and it has been five years now, and I have started my life struggle; From school to society, from students to business majors, the environment is changing, and the protagonists are also changing. I am used to campus life, and I am at a loss in the face of these changes. Fortunately, after I joined the company, the company arranged military training, training and internship for new employees in time. I am fortunate to be a member of the first training course for management cadres of Zhumadian New Mart. During the military training, I deeply realized that the power of the masses is powerful. With the spirit of bleeding and sweating, we overcame all the confusion and cowardice in our hearts and proved that we are an excellent steel team!
After the military training, we started our study tour in Zhengzhou. During a month in Zhengzhou, every sales district chief of Jinboda was our grateful teacher. Under their careful teaching and leadership, I not only clarified my work flow, but also became familiar with my job responsibilities.
After studying in Zhengzhou, I was assigned to the business of women and children and started my own post practice. Through training and practice, I gradually understand and adapt to the changes that make me at a loss, and let me understand what responsibility is. After post practice, that is, the beginning of substantive work, I am also facing challenges in all aspects. Perhaps for me, there should be confusion in joy, feeling in joy and gain in busyness. When I go to work, I deal with suppliers and our customers.
