China Blu-ray Group is a joint venture of Wuhan Blu-ray Power Co., Ltd., China Gezhouba Water Conservancy and Hydropower Corporation, Yangtze River Survey and Planning Institute of China Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission, Hubei Industrial Construction General Contracting Group Corporation, Hong Kong Blu-ray International Power Co., Ltd. and Huazhong Electric Power International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. It is registered in Hong Kong and is an independent enterprise legal person. The Chairman is Mr. Gao Xun Sidan. As the external window of Hong Kong representing the joint venture, Blu-ray Group is the general contractor of foreign cooperation projects. Its business is mainly the general contracting of real estate, electric power, highways, tourism, transportation and other infrastructure projects, such as survey, design, construction, installation, commissioning, complete equipment supply, operation management and so on. The members of the group company have the first-class qualification construction ability approved by the China Municipal Government and the AAA-level special enterprise credit rating. The joint venture company has 52,000 employees, total assets exceeding11800 million RMB, annual sales income of 3.2 billion RMB and annual profit of 695 million RMB. It has national first-class scientific and technological talents, survey, design and construction teams, and experience in contracting projects and labor cooperation with foreign countries.
