The significance of 75% equity

Reach two-thirds of the voting rights held by shareholders as stipulated in the Company Law. According to the Company Law, the resolution of the shareholders' meeting to amend the articles of association, increase or decrease the registered capital, and the resolution of the company's merger, division, dissolution or change of corporate form must be passed by more than two-thirds of the voting rights held by the shareholders present at the meeting, so the significance of holding 75% of the shares is to reach two-thirds of the voting rights held by the shareholders as stipulated in the Company Law. Equity refers to the rights enjoyed by investors as legal persons and citizens to invest in enterprises in partnership.
