Chengzhi Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Synthetic Detergent Factory, Jiangxi Caoshanhu Enterprise (Group) Company, Jiangxi Daily Commodities Industry Corporation and Nanchang High-tech Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd., and was formed by the merger and reorganization of some of its high-quality assets based on the principle of strong alliance and complementary advantages. It is an important achievement of cooperation and common development between Jiangxi Province and Tsinghua University, and was approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 8, 2000.

The headquarters consists of three branches, namely synthetic detergent, grass coral toothpaste and grass coral tissue paper, and five subsidiaries, namely Beijing Tsinghua Yongchang Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Chengzhi Daily Chemical Marketing Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Chengzhi Pharmaceutical Marketing Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Tongfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Jingying Automobile New Technology Co., Ltd., with a total of eight lean and efficient functional departments.
