Our company has been losing money, and now there is almost no money in the account. Is it just for shareholders to refinance? Do I have to pay taxes to deposit money in it?
There are two ways for shareholders to inject capital into the company: first, increase the registered capital, go through the formalities of capital increase at the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and pay stamp duty on the newly registered capital, which is 0.5 ‰ of the increase. The second is to borrow money from shareholders and deal with "other payables-some shareholders" in accounting. This method does not need to pay any taxes.
