The main process equipment is: two 2650m3 blast furnaces and three 2 10/0t converters. It has LF, RH and CAS refining furnaces 1 set, 2 twin-stream slab continuous casting machines, 2 8-stream arc billet continuous casting machines, 2 160 semi-continuous hot strip mill 1 set, and auxiliary facilities such as power generation and oxygen production. The annual design capacity is 4.5 million tons of iron, 4.5 million tons of steel and 4 million tons of hot rolled strip steel. The main products are oriented electrical steel, non-oriented electrical steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, high-strength low-alloy steel, deep drawing steel, automobile steel, boiler and pressure vessel steel, ship plate, pipeline steel, dual-phase steel, multi-phase steel and IF steel.
