Job responsibilities of financial BP

1. Go deep into the front line of business, understand the business needs, sort out the financial processes of business lines, standardize the approval process of business departments, and improve business efficiency;

2. Assist the business department to establish quantifiable KPI, track the results, optimize KPI according to the implementation, and improve financial benefits;

3. Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets of the Division, deeply understand the business, put forward reasonable suggestions and opinions according to the business implementation, analyze financial matters, and provide timely and effective financial status and operating status analysis for the management team;

4, according to the needs of business development, understand the new business and establish a financial model, to provide strong support for business departments and company decision-making;

5. According to the needs of business departments, improve the reporting system, improve the overall effectiveness of the financial reporting system, reduce accounting units, improve digital visibility for the management of business departments, and provide strong support and analysis for decision-making;

6. By examining and approving the contract, control the business risks from the financial point of view, and at the same time effectively control the financial risks and related operating expenses;

7. Track and manage the business department's projects before, during and after, and provide timely and effective financial information for the smooth completion of the project.
