Jingjiang Shipyard is one of the 500 largest transportation equipment manufacturers in China, mainly engaged in shipbuilding, ship dismantling, ship repairing and the manufacture of Class I and II pressure vessels. The coastline of the plant is over1.200m long, and the water area is open with stable water depth. The offshore water depth is 50m 18-20m, which has the natural conditions for building a 200,000-ton ship.

The main large-scale shipbuilding facilities include: shallow dry dock, shot blasting derusting production line; Door crane; Deepwater outfitting wharf; Substation; Numerical control cutting machine; Sectional manufacturing workshops and platforms, assembly and distribution places, all kinds of gold processing, pipe processing and transportation machinery, with an annual production capacity of 4 ships below 50,000 tons. More than 50 ships of various types have been built for Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. The products under construction are1.20000 dwt bulk carrier and1.7500 dwt oil tanker.

At present, the factory is gradually carrying out new technical transformation, and it is planned to increase the production capacity of the factory to 8- 10 around 2000, with an annual production capacity of no more than 654.38+10,000 tons.

Brief introduction of 12000 ton timber bulk carrier

The picture shows the12000t bulk carrier built by Jingjiang Shipyard for Hong Kong Henghe Shipping Co., Ltd., which is a motor-driven ship with a large warehouse tail and is driven by a low-speed diesel engine with a single machine and a single propeller. Total length 135m, die width 2 1.4m, die depth1.8m, design draft 8.5m, load 12000t, and maximum continuous power 4200KW× 170rpm. The ship entered N K Classification Society of Japan, and the classification mark was NK, NS*(BULKCARRIER)MNS*(MC). Mainly used to transport logs, steel pipes, grains, coal and other bulk goods.
