The coal seams in the mine are thick and medium thick, with stable occurrence, small dip angle, stable roof and floor, and superior mining conditions. Ventilation mode is horizontal central air extraction mode. The mine design is fully mechanized longwall mining. At present, hydraulic support with high mining height up to 6m, high-power shearer and comprehensive mechanized mining technology with full mining height at one time are mainly adopted.
Underground raw coal transportation and main inclined shaft adopt 1.8m belt conveyor, and the transportation link is simple and perfect. Underground auxiliary transportation adopts trackless rubber-tyred vehicle transportation mode. Multi-purpose trackless rubber-tyred vehicle can directly transport personnel, materials and equipment to various underground operation sites. Ground coal can pass through the 5.6-kilometer-long belt trestle to the Hongliulin railway loading station, with convenient sales and transportation conditions. The dispatching information center realizes centralized control and monitoring of mine gas, air volume, mine pressure, vehicles, personnel and main workplaces through industrial TV system, and can monitor the production system through the Internet, which will gradually realize the goal of automation and digitalization of mine management and control.
