Tencent's 50% stake is controlled by South Africa's MIH Group, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NL Group. NL Company is controlled by Standard Bank of South Africa.
While Standard Bank is 20% owned by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The other part of the shares is held by CTI Company, which is CITIC Holdings and owns the shares held by China Ocean Shipping Company.
