The Intermediate People's Court of Dazhou City, Sichuan Province ruled that the reorganization plan of Sichuan Dazhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and 24 affiliated companies was approved according to law, which marked that Dazhou Iron and Steel completed the judicial reorganization procedure, and Jiangxi Fangda Iron and Steel Group, a subsidiary of Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co., Ltd., became the largest shareholder of Dazhou Iron and Steel as a strategic investor, which also marked that Dazhou Iron and Steel was officially acquired by Fangda Iron and Steel.
Sichuan Dazhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1958, is one of the 20 large enterprise groups in China and a pillar industry of mechanical metallurgy in Sichuan Province.
