1. The company manager must ask the other party to provide a copy of the business license and qualification certificate for verification, so as to understand its integrity and performance ability.
2. The manager of the company consults the manuscript of the relevant contract text, and negotiates, modifies and confirms the terms of the contract with the other party in combination with the contract text provided by the other party.
3, the contract should generally include the following contents:
The name and domicile of the party concerned;

(3) Quality, quality standards, objection period and warranty period;
(4) Price or remuneration;
(5) Time limit, place and method of performance;
Two. Approval and signing of the contract:
1. The agent submits the contract text manuscript to the company's finance department and the general manager's office for review, and is in charge of the deputy general manager and the general manager's approval.
2. The deputy general manager of the competent company shall review the contract in accordance with the requirements of the first part of these Provisions and be responsible for it.
3. The company's finance department and the general manager's office review the contract documents from the company's risks and make suggestions for the company's general manager's reference. For some contracts that obviously do not conform to the provisions of national laws and regulations, but are temporarily unavoidable and may be invalid in the current company operation, the Finance Department and the General Manager's Office should, in reviewing the contracts, proceed from safeguarding the company's economic interests and try their best to avoid or reduce the possible economic losses of the company within the scope permitted by law; Or avoid greater risks with smaller risks.
Third, the performance of the contract:
After the contract is signed and sealed by both parties, the manager or the personnel designated by the general manager of the company shall be responsible for supervising the performance of the contract; During the performance of the contract, the manager or contract performance supervisor shall bear the following responsibilities:

(2) During the performance of the contract, in case of breach of contract or major dispute, it shall report to the general manager of the company in time, and study and decide the countermeasures.
