Three: For the size of residential Xing Tao, it is generally stipulated by the area index. According to1Code for Design of Urban Housing issued in July, 1987, the residential area standard is divided into: small apartments (the usable area of each apartment is not less than18m2); Medium-sized sets (each set has an area of not less than 30 square meters); Large sets (each set has a usable area of not less than 45 square meters). The design standards of different residential units are stipulated. However, with the continuous development of the commercialized real estate market, the housing standards of other houses are moving towards marketization except for policy-oriented housing such as anjufang and public rental housing.
Four: It should be mentioned that before the implementation of the new residential design code, the area index of residential units was divided by "rooms", generally the bedrooms and living rooms in residential buildings. Generally speaking, a room of not less than 12 square meters in a house is called "one room", and a room of 6- 12 square meters is called "half room". If it is less than 6 square meters, it is generally not counted as the number of rooms or the number of rooms. Therefore, residential units can be divided into one bedroom, one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms and half bedrooms.
