Stainless steel long profile. Northeast Special Steel can produce wire rod, small bar, large bar and stainless steel wire, steel strip, steel tube and plate with various special performance requirements such as acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. "Big Three" brand stainless steel bar (wire) was the first in China to win the title of "China famous brand product" in 2007.
Bearing steel. Northeast Special Steel is the main research and production base of high-grade bearing steel in China, and "High-carbon chromium bearing steel wire rod for direct drawing and its manufacturing method" has won the national patent. In 2007, bearing steel bar (wire) was the first in the same industry in China to win the title of "China Famous Brand Product".
Tool and die steel. Northeast Special Steel is the largest production base of high-grade tool and die steel in China, with a domestic market share of over 50%. It can produce various die steels with high performance requirements, such as hot working dies, cold working dies and plastic dies. Die steel forging die flat steel with large modulus and 800 mm width and finish rolling die flat steel have been recognized as the first brand product of China die steel in the international market.
Steel for automobiles. Northeast Special Steel is the main supporting production and scientific research base of steel for key automobile parts in China.
In addition, Northeast Special Steel has six brand products:
Superalloy. R&D of Northeast Special Steel and high-temperature alloy products for domestic aviation, aerospace, national defense and military industry account for more than 90% for a long time. According to the evaluation of relevant authoritative experts, the smelting technology of high-temperature alloy in Northeast Special Steel is ahead of the domestic industry 10 years.
Precision alloy. Northeast Special Steel is the birthplace of R&D and high-precision alloy production in China and one of the few major production bases of precision alloy in China.
High strength steel. Northeast Special Steel has exclusive domestic production technology and product supply. At present, 100% of high-strength steel and ultra-high-strength steel used in aviation, aerospace and national defense is provided by Northeast Special Steel.
Special steel wire. Northeast Special Steel is the designated production base of national military special steel wire.
Silver bright material. Northeast Special Steel has the most advanced and largest high-surface accuracy steel production base in China.
Large special-shaped forgings. Northeast Special Steel has the leading domestic production equipment and technology for large-scale special-shaped forgings.
At present, Northeast Special Steel Group has 10 international advanced specialized production lines, namely: (1) bearing steel bar and thick wire rod production line; (2) Automobile steel production line; (3) stainless steel bar and thick wire rod production line; (4) Production lines for special alloy bars, forgings, plates, strips and wires; (5) Die flat steel production line; (6) production line for die steel large modules and forgings; (7) Alloy steel silver bright material production line; (8) Alloy steel wire production line; (9) Production lines for large-scale special-shaped forgings such as finished rolls; (10) Seamless steel pipe production line. At present, Dalian and Fushun bases each invest10 billion yuan, and Beiman base invests 22.7 billion yuan to carry out a new round of large-scale technological transformation, which will build a special steel production base with process equipment, scientific research and technology, product quality and environmental protection reaching the international first-class level. Forging is to press metal into a desired shape or an object with appropriate compressive force through plastic deformation. This force is usually achieved by using a hammer or pressure. The fine grain structure is established in the casting process, which improves the physical properties of metals. In the practical use of parts, a correct design can make particles flow in the direction of main pressure.
