Working hours: six working days, Monday to Friday from 9: 00 am to 5: 30 pm, and Saturday from 9: 00 am to 3: 30 pm.

No overtime pay, no lunch allowance, no commuting allowance, no telephone allowance. Overtime workers don't reimburse their fares, but pay their own fares when going out on official business. Annual leave: there are 7 days of annual leave every year, but only employees who have completed one year can have these 7 days of annual leave. Annual leave can be taken for up to 2 days at a time, and it is not allowed to be taken together with Sunday or national statutory holidays. No annual leave on Monday. That is, you can only take leave from Tuesday to Saturday, and the annual leave is cleared at the end of each year. Those who are not invited will not be compensated.

Overtime: there is no overtime pay, you can apply for it in special circumstances, and the overtime pay in special circumstances is compensated by double the basic salary. (see clearly, not full salary). You can ask for leave if you work overtime. (This is the most cost-effective)

Statutory holidays: Holiday according to the statutory holidays stipulated by the state. However, because the company normally has 6 working days, the number of days off according to the statutory holidays stipulated by the state is generally less than that stipulated by the state 1 day. You are not allowed to ask for leave two days before and two days after the legal holidays, and all those who ask for leave will be treated as absenteeism, and three times the daily salary will be deducted (see clearly, this is the full daily salary, not the basic salary). Even if you ask for leave before and after the Chinese New Year, it is also implemented according to this regulation.
