Why did I leave my last company?

1. Not satisfied with the development prospect of technology: choose the job before leaving. Because I was not satisfied with the development prospect of the current technology and wanted to keep growing, I left my job at that time to find more challenging new technologies and new fields.

2. Unable to achieve personal goals: I left my previous job because I couldn't achieve my learning and development goals in the company at that time. I hope to get better development opportunities, but my previous company can't meet my needs, so I decided to leave.

3. The platform configuration is too low: I chose to leave my previous job because the company's platform configuration was too low at that time, and it lacked accurate control over new technologies, which could not support me to complete more efficient and reliable development work. I wanted to find a resource-rich environment, so I left my job at that time.

4. Poor working environment: I chose my previous job because the working environment at that time was not my ideal, and the company atmosphere was poor, which easily distracted and affected work efficiency. In addition, poor communication between superiors and subordinates and lack of good leadership are also one of the reasons why I chose to leave my job.
