After the reorganization of the enterprise, a series of reforms have been carried out in the management form and personnel compensation system of the unit. By the end of 2006, the adjustment of all employees' (on-the-job) labor relations has been completed, and the transformation of employees from enterprise people to social people has been realized, and the employment mechanism of personnel who can enter and leave has been truly realized. In the aspect of human resource management, we pay attention to the training and education of employees' quality and skills, and advocate employees to be versatile. For some technical talents in short supply, incentive management is implemented through agreed salary system and technical expert allowance. In the aspect of salary management, we have changed the salary mode of post skill structure in the past, implemented the post performance salary system, and focused on hard front-line posts and high-tech posts.

In order to realize the long-term development strategic goal of the enterprise, Tongshan Mining Company actively uses the national policy to implement the second round of prospecting. In March, 2006, we applied for the "Resource Exploration Project of Resource Crisis Mines", which was approved by the Crisis Office of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the deep mine prospecting project of the mining company was officially launched. With the strong support of relevant units, the prospecting project has achieved breakthrough results, which has been well received and certified by experts and relevant departments. The first phase of the project has proved that copper165,000 tons, the total ore volume190,200 tons, and the average grade of recoverable copper 1.05%. The amount of sulfur ore is 72 10400 tons, and the grade is 26.6%. The amount of iron ore is 479 1.7 million tons, and the grade is 40.86%. Gold is 4.022 tons, silver 106.7 tons, molybdenum is 780 tons, cobalt is 4658 tons, platinum 1.4 18 tons and palladium 1.528 tons, with high added value. The success of the second round of prospecting has re-injected new vitality and vitality into the old mines with exhausted resources. In 2008, the Crisis Office of the Ministry of Land and Resources approved Tongshan Mining Company's "Crisis Mine Replacement Resource Exploration Project" to continue drilling 7,000m geological holes. At present, the project is in progress. From the analysis of construction progress and effect, it is estimated that 50,000 tons of copper and 5 million tons of iron will be added in the second phase of the project. By the end of the second exploration project, it is estimated that the copper reserves of Tongshan Mining Company will reach 2 1 10,000 tons, which is rich in resources, laying a solid foundation for Tongshan Mining Company to become bigger and stronger.
