It looks like a fake number. They called to say that the card has been completed and asked you to pay a 2% handling fee. I said you could take a photo of your credit card and send it to me, so they found various reasons to say no. Finally, they forcibly hung up the phone, but I couldn't get through, wasting 350 yuan.
