Donghai Bridge offshore wind farm is also the first large-scale offshore wind power project in Asia, invested and built by Shanghai Donghai Wind Power Company. The total installed capacity of this project is 1.02 million kilowatts, and 34 3 MW offshore wind turbines independently developed by Huarui Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. are adopted.
The offshore project of Donghai Bridge offshore wind farm officially started in September 2008. In March 2009, the first fan was successfully hoisted, and in September of the same year, the first three fans were connected to the grid to generate electricity. On February 20 10, the hoisting of 34 wind turbines was completed, and all the wind turbines were connected to the grid for trial operation on June 8, and the grid-connected power generation was realized on July 6.
Donghai Bridge offshore wind farm has created many firsts in the history of wind farm construction in China: the self-developed 3 MW offshore wind turbine is adopted for the first time, which indicates that China's high-power wind turbine equipment manufacturing industry ranks among the world's advanced ranks; For the first time, the integral hoisting technology of offshore wind turbines was adopted, which greatly shortened the offshore construction period and set a record of assembling 10 units on industrial ships and hoisting 8 units at sea in one month. For the first time in the world, the design of high-pile cap foundation has effectively solved the technical problems such as bearing capacity, pullout resistance and horizontal displacement of high-rise fans.
Zhang, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the National Energy Administration, said at the grid-connected power generation ceremony that Donghai Bridge Wind Farm has accumulated rich experience in offshore wind power engineering construction, laying a good technical and management foundation for the large-scale development of offshore wind power in China. He said that in three to five years, with the construction of a number of offshore wind power projects, offshore wind power technology in China will be fully mature, and offshore wind power will enter a stage of large-scale development and become an important field of clean energy development in China.
The preliminary work of the second phase project of Donghai Bridge Wind Farm with an installed capacity of 654.38+10,000 kilowatts has been approved by the relevant government departments, and the second phase project plans to adopt fans with larger single capacity and more advanced technology.
The National Energy Administration initiated the bidding for the first batch of 6,543,800 kW offshore wind power concession projects in China, including two offshore wind power projects, located in Binhai and Sheyang, Jiangsu, with an installed capacity of 300,000 kW; The two intertidal projects are located in Dafeng and Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, with an installed capacity of 200,000 kilowatts each. The tender is expected to announce the winning result in September this year.
