Bank account reconciliation refers to the mutual check between accounts, account books, various materials and objects in order to ensure accounting quality, prevent errors and safeguard the security of national funds and property. Time is divided into daily inspection and regular inspection. The contents of daily inspection include:
(1) The balance of each account in the general ledger is consistent with the total balance in the subsidiary ledger or balance table of the same account.
(2) The total amount of cash receipt and payment journal is the same as that of payer (debit) and payee (credit) in the general ledger of "Cash on hand".
(3) The inventory quantity in the cash account book is consistent with the actual cash on hand and the general ledger balance of cash on hand. (4) Try to calculate the balance according to the daily report prepared by the general ledger.
And the bank inquiry letter (taken from the accounting firm) to open a capital verification account in the bank, deposit the registered capital, stamp the bank inquiry letter, and then take the bank deposit receipt and the stamped bank inquiry letter to the accounting firm for capital verification and get the capital verification report.
Then write the resolutions and articles of association of the shareholders' meeting, together with a copy of the real estate license, the lease contract, the capital verification report, the name approval notice, and the company establishment form (after the name is approved by the industrial and commercial department), and then hand it over to the industrial and commercial department (in duplicate) for business license.
