In fact, are we big polluters, big energy consumers and big water users? Of course not! Our circuit board enterprises have low energy consumption and little pollution. We can make a comparison based on the following data: from the perspective of environmental protection, by comparing the pollution index of wastewater discharged by enterprises in various industries, we can see that: 1. Although these behaviors are only those of a few enterprises, once they are found to exceed the standard, they will be excused for reasons such as high wastewater concentration, large fluctuation and difficult treatment in the circuit board industry, which will naturally leave the impression that the circuit board enterprises are polluting enterprises for a long time in the public mind. This is our own pollution hat.
Second, the surrounding supporting enterprises have brought us trouble.
From the perspective of environmental protection, the peripheral supporting enterprises of circuit board enterprises are mainly waste bath liquid recycling enterprises. Enterprises that adopt new technologies and processes of cleaner production or energy conservation and emission reduction and actually do things should be promoted and praised in the industry, and strive to provide tangible help to such enterprises in various ministries and commissions. On the contrary, enterprises that practise fraud and have no sense of social responsibility should be resolutely exposed and reported to the relevant departments for punishment. Only by preventing delays can our industry be widely recognized by the public and develop healthily.
Actively carry out technological innovation
At present, the country vigorously advocates clean production and energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, and our circuit board enterprises should respond positively and strive for real clean production in every member unit to reduce waste discharge, including waste bath liquid. Our member units can generate economic benefits through technological innovation, and then use our actions to influence the surrounding enterprises.
Soon, the new pollutant discharge standard of our industry will be introduced soon. Enterprises should take this opportunity to actively adopt advanced sewage treatment technology, reuse water technology and clean production technology to rectify the original traditional technology, so that our enterprises can be more dynamic and quickly get rid of the label of polluting enterprises.
