Dalian Shuguang Automobile Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liaoning Shuguang Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (a listed company). It is a vehicle manufacturing project with four complete sets of technologies, independent intellectual property rights and two markets at home and abroad. Founded in June, 2009, it is another masterpiece of Shuguang Automobile Group after Huanghai bus, Shuguang axle and SUV/CUV passenger car.
The main products of Dalian Shuguang Automobile Company are light business buses, with an annual production capacity of about 30,000 vehicles and an annual sales income of more than 5 billion. The company is located on the west side of Dayaowan Bus Terminal in Dalian Free Trade Zone, with complete and convenient modern transportation facilities such as expressway, railway, waterway and aviation. The initial investment of the project is 750 million yuan, covering an area of 65.438+0.5 million square meters, and the workshop area is more than 70,000 square meters. Reasonable layout design, advanced equipment selection, automatic production line, robot welding and automatic assembly are adopted for body stamping, and the technical level has reached the domestic advanced level, which has improved the core competitiveness of Shuguang Automobile. The factory has four workshops, namely stamping, welding, painting and assembly. The logistics center covers an area of nearly10.5 million square meters, undertakes the tasks of acceptance, storage and distribution of outsourced parts and stamped parts, and occupies a very important position in the company's production and operation activities.
