Scope of unit land use: this unit is located in the north of Miaoxi Town, Huzhou City and the west of high-speed railway station. The scope of this regulatory detailed planning is from Lianghai Yangkang Town in the south, Jia Zhu Natural Village in the west and Houdao in the east.

Huzhou high-speed railway station (Hangzhou-Nanjing High-speed Railway Huzhou Station) was built on the east side of Saisai Mountain Scenic Area in the suburbs, on the former site of Huzhou Railway Station. Its facilities construction and function setting will reach the scale of the first-class station, with the main structure length of 197.6m, width of 50m and height of 23m, and the total construction area of 19920 m2, which is seven times that of the old railway station.
