It is understood that Development Crystal plans to invest nearly US$ 500 million in the research, development, packaging and manufacturing of LED chips and epitaxial wafers, LED light source modules, LED light sources, LED lamps and LED application products. According to the investment plan of the second phase of the project, the installation of 30 MOCVD units in the first phase began in April 20 12, and it is estimated that the construction task of 60 MOCVD units will be completed by the end of 20 16.
