Should I go to the newly established company?

I think it's good. First of all, the newly established company has a lot of room for development. As long as you do well, there is a great possibility of promotion. Also, if the company develops well in the future, you will be a veteran of the company. But the newly established company is risky, because it is still in its infancy, unstable and may die. If the company collapses before it gets up, you have to start over at the same time.

It's up to you to learn something. There is a lot to learn anywhere. Although there are many new people (people just out of society), there are also many experienced companies (because the boss can't use all new people, otherwise how can this company continue). You can also learn a lot.
