Since 1993 McKinsey entered China, Ogden has been taking the lead in preparing the Shanghai branch and Beijing branch of McKinsey, and became the president of McKinsey Greater China Branch on 1999. Over the past decade, McKinsey has completed more than 700 consulting projects in Greater China. It not only helps multinational companies to successfully enter the China market and expand their business in China, but also helps China enterprises to reform and develop and improve their competitiveness. In recent years, more than 70% of McKinsey's projects in Greater China are for local enterprises.
Gao 1992 joined McKinsey in Sydney, and worked in Tokyo, London, San Diego and Auckland before being transferred to Greater China Branch. He is a member of the global board of directors of McKinsey & Company. Since 2003, Gao has been leading the company's leadership building in various parts of Asia, helping the company and its customers to cultivate world-class local leadership.
