Suken Dongxin, Gangbu, Yuntai, Huanghai, Binhuai, Xinyang, Xincao, Gongjing Port, Yanhu, Huxi, Wulijiang, Sanhe, baoying lake, Nantong Seed Branch and Zhongken Agricultural Development. At the same time, 80% equity of Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Dahua Huaiyin Seed Co., Ltd. and 52% equity of Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Dahua Seed Xuzhou Co., Ltd. held by the former Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Dahua Seed Group Company were transferred to the headquarters of the former Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Dahua Seed Group Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Baimahu Farm Seed Company and Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Huaihai Farm Seed Company. The appraised net assets of Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Linhai Farm Seed Company are RMB 298,654,387+07,000, which is a joint venture with Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd., accounting for 90% of the company's interests. Yuan Hua Ken Materials Company has an estimated net asset of 42.5 million yuan, and Huaken Materials Co., Ltd. was established by China Agricultural Reclamation (Group) Corporation 19 and Yuan Hua Ken Materials Company, accounting for 85% of the rights and interests. Zhongken Import & Export Jiangsu Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with China Agricultural Reclamation Import & Export Co., Ltd. by the original China Agricultural Reclamation Import & Export Jiangsu Company with a net asset of 9 million yuan, accounting for 90% of the rights and interests.
