I. Purpose

In order to carry out quality management in a planned way, promote the completion of quality policy and quality target indicators, promote the continuous improvement of quality management and quality management system, and enhance customer satisfaction.

1. decomposition of quality objectives: according to the adjustment of quality manual and company organization, the management representative further decomposes and refines the quality management responsibilities and quality target indicators of each department, formulates the quality management responsibilities of each department, clarifies the quality management responsibilities, authorities and obligations of each department, clarifies the quality management authority of quality inspectors, and clarifies the assessment indicators of quality targets of each department. And issue the "Power of Attorney for Quality Inspectors" to improve the work authority of quality inspectors.

2. Formulate assessment methods for quality objectives: On the basis of refining the quality responsibilities and quality objectives of various departments, the planning department will decompose and refine the quality objectives in February of a certain year, clarify and unify the calculation methods of quality objectives and indicators, and determine the weight coefficients of different indicators. According to the quality target decomposition plan of each department, the Management Measures for Quality Target Decomposition and Assessment are formulated and distributed to all departments as a powerful measure for the company to assess the quality management of each department and promote the full implementation of the quality management system.

On June 5438+ 10 of a certain year, on the basis of summarizing the completion data of quality target indicators of each department in the previous year, the completion of quality target indicators of the whole company was evaluated, the data of the implementation results of quality target plan were published, and the evaluation results were fed back to the company leaders and departments. The unfinished work should be analyzed accordingly, and necessary reward and punishment measures should be taken.

3. Accelerate the training of internal auditors: Because the quality management system standard has been changed and upgraded to 2008, the original qualification certificate of internal auditors has been invalidated. Therefore, it is planned to organize internal audit training in July and August of a certain year, and conduct a standard revision training for the original internal auditors in order to obtain the new version of Internal Audit Qualification.

4. Internal audit and assisting external supervision and audit: the management representative will take the lead, and the technical department will assist in completing the management review, including making detailed plans and preparing reports, and writing the management review report after the review. It is planned to complete the internal audit of the company in May of a certain year, and on this basis, organize the management review in June, and strive to assist Beijing Fiona Fang Certification Company to complete the external audit in June-July, and urge to complete the rectification of the unqualified items found in the audit.

5. Implement continuous improvement: after completing the management review in June of a certain year, put forward rectification measures for the problems found in the management review. Combined with the change of the company's organizational structure and the revision of ISO900 1 quality management system standards, the quality management system documents, quality manuals and program documents were revised and compiled again, and the third-tier operation documents were revised and compiled, so as to sum up good experience, make up for deficiencies and make continuous improvement.

6. Improve the system documents and strengthen the system supervision: In February 2009, improve the quality manual and procedure documents in time according to the work needs, and urge all departments to improve the three-level working documents, focusing on the production department. The three-level quality inspection documents of the Quality Department have also been simplified and improved. The specific division of labor is:

1) The management representative is responsible for drafting and modifying the new quality manual;

2) The management representative takes the lead, and the technical department and the quality department participate in the drafting and revision of the new version of program documents;

3) The Technology Department takes the lead, and the Manufacturing Department and the Quality Department participate in the drafting and revision of the three-level operation documents.

Therefore, all functional departments should strengthen the supervision of the responsibility process, collect real and useful data, find out the links that do not meet the requirements of the system, and make corresponding improvements. I also hope that all departments will cooperate with the quality control department to straighten out the process and ensure good quality.

7. Statistical analysis of data: Statistical analysis of data is an important work and a professional discipline. It is necessary to take the opportunity of improving the quality target assessment, strengthen the construction of the company's statistical information system, train and train the team, and standardize and improve the regular reporting system. In order to establish a unified information feedback system reflecting the completion of quality objectives, the company's regular reporting system is formulated and issued to all departments for implementation after approval.

8. Strict quality inspection procedures and good quality control: The Quality Department should further strengthen quality management and actively carry out the following work on the premise of daily quality inspection and measurement management:

A. Organize to send all measuring and test instruments to the national quality supervision institution for identification and calibration during the year; And investigate the quality of the company's important raw materials, and organize quality verification and inspection when necessary.

B. After the company's quality inspection documents are improved, it will operate in strict accordance with the norms and strengthen its execution by using the assessment mechanism; Improve inspectors' inspection skills through training, internship and assessment;

C, in order to improve the product quality and find out the problems existing in the product quality, we will organize the product type test together with the technical department, send the product samples to the national quality inspection department recognized by customers, conduct the type test, and obtain the test report, so as to improve and improve the product quality.

D. Through training, we will vigorously promote the design technology of aerospace port among designers, popularize the seven working methods of QC among quality inspectors, improve our design, management and quality inspection level, vigorously carry forward the corporate culture of caring for jobs and improving the sense of responsibility of employees.

9. Strengthen training: Whether the training is done well is directly related to the improvement of employees' quality awareness and job skills, and also directly related to quality. Therefore, this year, we should increase management training and quality training, reorganize the study of product standards and quality management system standard documents, and gradually increase investment in foreign training, hoping to contact external experts for guidance and exchange. 10. Improve customer satisfaction: The marketing department will organize a return visit to key customers this year to understand and consult customers' opinions on our products and services, investigate the trends and trends of similar products in the market, and investigate the operation and promotion practices of major competitors. The customer's comments and feedback should be carefully studied, sorted out and queued, and improvement measures should be put forward, which will be led by the manufacturing department and solved by the technical department and quality department, and implemented item by item.
