Illegal. According to Article 45 of the Company Law, the company is liable for its debts with all its property. The profits obtained by the company according to law belong to the company. Therefore, the proceeds from the sale of property by an enterprise should enter the corporate account of the company, and it is illegal to transfer funds to other accounts without legal procedures.
