The main contents of the gift book are:
1, the name, gender, date of birth, home address of the donor and the recipient, and the relationship between the donor and the recipient;
2 reasons for the gift, the name, quantity, basic condition and location of the gift subject matter;
3. The donor expresses the intention of the gift, and the donor signs or seals the gift book and indicates the date of signature.
(2) Notarization: According to the Joint Notice of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Construction on Strengthening Notarization in the Management of Real Estate Registration, house gifts must be notarized.
1, donor's identity certificate (copy of resident ID card, household registration book, passport and pass) and donation letter;
2. Gift list and ownership certificate, such as real estate license and deposit certificate;
3. If the gift is * * * with property, a written opinion that * * someone agrees to give the property to others shall be provided;
4. If the gift belongs to the collective, it shall submit the written opinions of the members of the collective organization agreeing to the gift;
5. If the gift belongs to the whole people, it shall be submitted to the state-owned assets management department for approval of the gift.
(three) to handle the transfer procedures, the parties to the house donation shall submit the following documents to the real estate management agency to apply for registration of change:
1, application form for house donation, and house ownership certificate (some houses provide * * * ownership certificate);
2. Floor plan of house type and notarial certificate of house donation;
3. Copy of ID card or household registration book of the donor and the recipient (check the original) and deed tax receipt.
