In March 2003, he joined Chunyu Electronics Company, a Taiwan-funded enterprise, as OQA. Later, due to the need of work, he served as the leader of IPQC, responsible for the quality control, feedback and improvement of the process, as well as the daily management of IPQC. I also won the first place in professional skills in the internal assessment of the quality control department. Resigned at the end of August 2004.
