What did Zhitong do to help Potassium Sulfite International successfully acquire the assets of Laos179.8km2 potash mine?

Recently, the acquisition of assets of Laos potash mine 179.8 square kilometers by Zhitong Potash International, which participated in the service, was unconditionally approved by the M&A Listed Company Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the related work of issuing shares to purchase assets and raising matching funds has been completed.

In order to ensure the successful acquisition of Laos 179.8 square kilometers of potash mine assets, from the end of 2020 to the beginning of 2026, Zhitong and other intermediaries went to Laos to conduct on-site interviews and investigations with government departments such as the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, the Ministry of Investment Planning, the Ministry of Resources and Environmental Protection, and the Ministry of Land and Resources, so as to understand the local policies on potash mining in Laos and the authenticity and compliance of the whole project. Subsequently, under the severe epidemic situation in Laos, the project team carefully formulated the audit plan and disk monitoring plan, adopted effective procedures combining on-site and remote audit, and completed relevant work on time and with good quality.
