The Lutz line of the inter-city railway in southern Sichuan is mainly paved with ballasted tracks, and the whole line adopts cross-section jointless tracks, with a main line of about 268 kilometers and a station line of about 27 kilometers, and switches 1 19 groups.
The whole line is divided into two sections: Neiluzi Line and Ziyi Line, with Zigong East Station as the hub station, forming a herringbone. The line connects Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway in the north, Chengdu-Guiyang high-speed railway in the south and Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway under construction in the east. Neijiang-Zigong-Luzhou Railway starts from Neijiang North Station of Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Dedicated Line in Neijiang City, passes through Baima and Yong 'an in the south, then passes through Da 'an, yantan district and Fushun counties in Zigong City, then passes through Lu Xian County in the south and ends in Luzhou City.
