It doesn't matter if the name of livelihood insurance doesn't ring. As long as the insurance liability between you still exists, don't worry. If the company can't continue to operate because of business relations, the state expressly stipulates that all insurance companies operating life insurance are not allowed to close down and can be merged and separated.
