Human resource management is a dynamic management behavior. As managers, our management object is people, so employees will have different States in different periods. The fundamental way for enterprises to retain employees is the concept of corporate culture. Only when all members of the enterprise have a unified thought can they have cohesion and improve their expectations for the future. Then, with encouragement and training, they can achieve the stability of the team. According to my management experience of nearly ten years, not all employees put "personal interests" first, thinking that if I earn less money in this company, I will leave. However, the direction of corporate culture construction is not clear, and the managers of enterprises are not concerned enough about the needs of employees. Under such circumstances, employees are most likely to leave their jobs.
On the other hand, today's enterprise managers are calling for ways to retain employees every day, without considering how to communicate with employees attentively, implant enterprise ideas into employees' minds and let employees stay by themselves.
An enterprise that really cares about its employees does not need to make great efforts to keep them, because such employees will not leave.
