After studying in university for three years, however, most people still have a little knowledge of this major and are obsessed with measurement and control technology and instruments. At the end of the sophomore year, the college organized a week's internship for us, but because the knowledge learned at that time involved little knowledge of this major, it was difficult to connect what we saw with this major, and many students were always at a loss about this major.
This summer vacation, the college originally organized us to go to Shanghai for internship, but due to the sudden atypical epidemic, we had to re-determine the overall plan. After the college's efforts, we finally chose Shunde as our practice base.
What are measurement and control technologies and instruments? What is this major suitable for? What is the future of this major? With these questions, we participated in the production practice.
This production practice is led by three teachers, Cha, Li Mian. Four classes of measurement and control specialty, 150 people participated in the practice. On June 30th, I set out for Shunde, and settled in Shunde Daliang Fengcheng Middle School.
It's really exciting to come to a strange place for the first time in three years. The middle school where we live has a good environment. Because it is a middle school and summer vacation, it is very quiet here. This is really a good place to study. I just want to make my own network engineer plan after my internship, so that I can make time.
The internship was originally scheduled for three weeks, but due to some unexpected things, the trip was eventually shortened to two weeks, and the production internship was planned for four weeks, so the remaining two weeks must be made up next semester!
During the two-week production practice, we went to large factories such as Shenling Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., Shunte Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., Midea Dishwasher Company, Liansu Technology Industry Co., Ltd., Guangdong Lihong Machine Co., Ltd., Shunde Kewei Electronics Co., Ltd., Guangdong Forging Machine Tool Factory, etc., to understand the production situation of these factories, all kinds of knowledge related to this major, and the work situation of workers in each factory. For the first time, I personally felt the application of knowledge and practice, the application of sensors in air conditioning equipment, the application of electronic technology in electronic industry, the application of precision machinery manufacturing in machine manufacturing and so on. The combination of theory and practice has opened our eyes. It is also a preliminary test of what you have learned before! This production practice really benefited us in our future study and job search. In just two weeks, let's return to the perceptual re-understanding, let us have a preliminary understanding of society, and it is also enlightening for the direction we should grasp in the future!
Shunde is a beautiful place, and the traffic routes here extend in all directions. Perhaps this is why Shunde has always been the first of the top 100 counties in China! On July 1, the first day of our internship, we came to Shen Ling, a central air-conditioning manufacturer. When he arrived at the factory, the person in charge of the factory first introduced some production situations in Shen Ling.
It is reported that Guangdong Shenling Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially completed and put into operation in 1992. Is a modern enterprise integrating scientific research, production, testing, sales and engineering services, and is one of the 500 largest motor and equipment manufacturers in China. Specializing in the production of "Shen Ling" brand large and medium-sized water-cooled air-cooled unit air conditioners, clean air conditioners, special air conditioners for constant temperature and humidity machine rooms, roof air conditioners, special air conditioners for high temperature environments, dehumidifiers and water chillers, which are composed of fan coils, cabinet fan coils and combined air processors. Among them, unit air conditioning and clean air conditioning include cold air type, cold air electric heating type, heat pump type, constant temperature and humidity type and many other series and varieties.
Then we divided into five groups to visit its production workshop.

There are m-2023 shearing machine, j23-25 punching machine, j23-40 punching machine, j23-60 punching machine, j23-80 punching machine, j28-500 four-column hydraulic press, csw-250 angle steel punching machine, ta-60t bending machine, rg-80 bending machine, and so on, all kinds of familiar and unfamiliar machines.
Then there is the double equipment workshop.
In the two-machine workshop, we watched the production process of drilling machines and fin presses for pressure vessels, as well as the production of some machines whose names have been forgotten.
In the assembly workshop, the person in charge of the factory explained the principle of shell-and-tube heat exchanger and water-cooled condenser to us. In this workshop, we have been able to see a complete prototype of central air conditioning. In this behemoth, we have applied all kinds of knowledge we have learned, including sensors, electronic technology, precision machine manufacturing and so on. As can be seen from the workshop of Shen Ling Company, the air conditioning technology in China is basically mature, depending on whether its central processing chip is imported!
In the factory inspection workshop, the master explained the process of product inspection to us and showed me how the inspection was carried out. The instruments used include precision instruments and common tools. There is an instrument that we have never seen before, that is, an ammeter using sensor technology.

After a day's visit, I got a preliminary impression of the factory after studying. Although the factory uses many advanced machines, to be honest, the degree of automation here is really flattering, and the working conditions of workers are really average! My classmates told me not to expect too much. They make central air conditioning. It is not easy to complete automatic production for such a large project. Maybe it is! But as a member of China industry, I think it is necessary for them to find another better production method!
Shunte electricity co., ltd
On July 2nd, the first stop was Shunte Electric Co., Ltd., a large enterprise with an annual output value of10.30 billion yuan. A technology development center (Guangdong Transformer Technology Development Center) was established in the factory, which provided strong technical support for the production of the factory.
This factory mainly produces dry-type transformers. As the "No.1 brand in transformer industry in China" (evaluated by China Survey and Statistics Office) and a high-tech enterprise awarded by the State Science and Technology Commission to implement the torch plan, dry-type transformers have been ranked first in China with the market share of 1992, accounting for more than 35%. At present, six generations of products such as SC-SC3-SCB3-SC8 (SCB8)-SC9 (SCB9)-SCL 0 (SCB10) have been developed for dry-type transformers, among which the technical parameters of sc 10 series products have reached the international advanced level. Epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is the first dry-type transformer in Shunte and the first one in China.

After visiting the exhibition hall, we went to visit the production workshop.
Everyone knows two parts of transformer: ① iron core ② coil. In the iron core workshop and the coil workshop, we saw the production process of these two parts respectively. This is the first time I've seen such a big transformer device. It's really jaw-dropping!
Leading us around is a senior engineer. While leading us around, he explained the relevant knowledge of transformers to us. In the coil workshop, he asked us what we should do to ensure that the accessories don't rust. Everyone has their own opinions, but they are not complete. He went on to say that there are two kinds: ① hot spraying gold and ② hot stamping.

I think what impressed me the most today is Shunte's automatic warehouse and a complete set of CNC machine tools in the bronzing workshop.
Although it's a pity that we can't see the operation of the automated warehouse now, it's really rare to see this kind of automated warehouse for the first time.
And that CNC machine tool imported from Japan, its automation, its precision and its performance index are really amazing! When can we produce this machine in China?
The visit time in Shunte is very short, but the new attractions every day enrich our brains, and the understanding and contact with different knowledge in different fields broaden our horizons.
