Major achievements of Shanghai Plastics Research Institute

Over the past 40 years, the institute has appraised more than 70 scientific research achievements/kloc-0, and provided a large number of new fluoroplastics for national defense industry, scientific research and other industrial fields. At present, it is undertaking the research and development of new products and materials supporting more than ten national key projects. The institute has more than 220 employees and nearly 100 professional and technical personnel. Shanghai Chemical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Plastic Station, affiliated to Shanghai Plastics Research Institute, is a testing center approved by Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and awarded the National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate by China Laboratory Accreditation Committee.
