Mogao shares introduction

The issuer of Gansu Mogao Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was formerly Gansu Ma Yin Beer Raw Materials Co., Ltd., which was established on February 29th. 1995. Later, it increased its capital and shares in 1998, and transferred its equity in 1999, which was approved by Gansu Provincial People's Government in document Gan Zheng Han (1999) No.654.
