Legal basis: According to Article 108 of the Company Law, a joint stock limited company has a board of directors with five to nineteen members. Members of the board of directors may include company employee representatives. The employee representatives in the board of directors are elected by the employees of the company through employee congresses, employee congresses or other forms of democratic elections.
Shareholders are shareholders of a joint stock limited company or a limited liability company, and have the right to attend the shareholders' meeting and have the right to vote. They also refer to investors in other joint ventures. Shareholders have decision-making voting rights, voting rights and income rights.
