Xingtai Mining Bureau was restructured into Xingtai Mining Group Co., Ltd. on 1998, and its excellent assets were listed as Hebei Jinniu Energy Co., Ltd. (000937) on 1999. In 2005, Xingtai Mining Group and Handan Mining Group jointly reorganized and established Hebei Jinniu Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Jinneng Group). In 2008, Hebei Jinneng Group and Fengfeng Group reorganized to form Hebei Jizhong Energy Group. In 2009, Jizhong Energy Group promoted the overall listing of the main coal industry. Some coal mines in Fengfeng, Handan and Zhangjiakou entered Jinniu Energy Co., Ltd., and the listed company was renamed Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd.
It's a little complicated to say. To put it simply, the former Xingtai Mining Bureau has now become a subsidiary of Jizhong Energy Group, including Xingtai Mining Group (an auxiliary business of the former Mining Bureau) and Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd. (a coal mine of the former Mining Bureau).
