2. Connect the router to the TV with a cable.
3. If it doesn't work normally, enter the menu-click Settings-Network-Automatically get IP address. Then re-enter the network function.
4. If it is not available, please check whether the WAN port indicator light on the router is on. If it is not turned on, the network cable is blocked. Please find a new line link.
Remarks: There are many times when there is no router to affect the use of TV.
