In the field of garbage, there are world-renowned environmental protection enterprises such as Oros, Singapore Ke Sheng Environmental Management Company and Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Oros is the second largest garbage disposal enterprise in the world and belongs to Veolia Environmental Group. At present, OLYS has designed, invested and built several landfill sites and waste incineration plants in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Tianjin. Singapore Ke Sheng Environmental Management Co., Ltd. established a joint venture with the state-owned Shanghai Environmental Investment Company in 2004 to explore the field of domestic waste treatment. Hong Kong Asia Pacific Environmental Protection is a large multinational company. It announced that it will invest 3 billion yuan in Chinese mainland to build 10 garbage treatment plant within five years, with a daily processing capacity of 1000 tons. The first targets are Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang and Dongguan.
