Xibao Wind Farm Project in Tieling Town, Liaoning Province is the first wind power project of china huadian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. in Liaoning Province. The wind farm is located in the hilly area on the east side of Zhenxibao Town, Tieling County, about 5 kilometers away from Tieling City, with a planned site area of about 48 square kilometers. Zhenxibao Wind Farm is adjacent to Tieling City, between the power supply and load center in Liaoning Province, with superior access system conditions, abundant wind energy resources, convenient transportation and good construction conditions.
The total planned installed capacity of Zhenxibao Wind Farm is 150MW, which will be built in three phases. The first phase of the wind farm has an installed capacity of 49.5 MW and is scheduled to be put into operation at the end of 2009.
Huadian Jilin Shuangliao Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned power generation enterprise of china huadian New Energy Company, which was established in 2009. Shuangliao Namsi Wind Farm is located in shuangliao city, Jilin Province, with Changtu County in Liaoning Province and Lishu County in Jilin Province in the south, Gongzhuling City in Jilin Province in the east and Changling City in Songyuan City in Jilin Province in the north. The planned capacity of the wind farm project is 200,000 kilowatts, and the first phase is 49,500 kilowatts.
