Poor management. According to Netease official website, EQarts Records Co., Ltd., founded by Yu Quan and musician Qin Tian, closed down due to Yu Fan's poor business mind and poor management. EQarts Records Co., Ltd. is a first-class record company in China, focusing on music production, artist training and management, music copyright management, record recording and distribution.
