Jindun Group was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, which is wholly owned by Zhou Jiancan and Zhou Chun.

According to the relevant announcement issued by Jindun Co., Ltd., the debts of Jindun Holding Group and its related enterprises, including bank loans and private loans, totaled about 9.899 billion yuan, including financing debts of banks and other financial institutions of about 3.959 billion yuan and financing debts in the form of share pledge of about 65.438+0.425 billion yuan. The amount of debt involved in the listed company Jindun shares is about 29 1, 1 billion yuan, involving 49 creditors.

On July 5, Jindun announced that 26.25% of the shares of Zhou Jiancan and his company had been pledged to a third party, and had been criminally frozen and waiting for freezing by public security organs and several courts. There is still uncertainty about the change of the actual control right of the company.

Jindun shares also announced on the same day: Recently, the company received the civil judgment of "(20 18) Yu 10 Minzhong No.3321No.3322, No.3323, No.3371No. The company believes that the second trial of Xuchang Intermediate People's Court has no factual basis or legal basis, and the trial procedure is illegal. The company will appeal to the Higher People's Court of Henan Province.
