However, a sudden "black swan" epidemic has undoubtedly made the automobile industry, which was already in the cold winter of the automobile market, worse. What's the next step for the prepared national automobile team, such as the merger of North and South cars to unify the Three Kingdoms, or sincere cooperation and win-win? The personnel changes of the three major groups are undoubtedly one of the memorabilia worth discussing and thinking about in the first half of the year.

There are frequent personnel changes in the three major groups.

According to public information, in the first half of this year, all three central enterprises experienced personnel changes of different degrees and scales.

At the end of March, Ding, vice president of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., became the general manager of Dongfeng Passenger Car Company. On the afternoon of June 18, China Ordnance Equipment Group Co., Ltd. held a meeting for managers above middle level. This is another major personnel adjustment in 2020 after China Bingzhuang Group announced the appointment of Zhu Hua as the chairman and party secretary of Changan Automobile, whose main business is June 10, and concurrently serves as the chairman of Changan Ford Motor Co., Ltd.

On June 23, CITIC Group announced that Xi Guohua, director, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China FAW Group Co., Ltd., was transferred to the post of deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CITIC Group.

With the recurrence of epidemic, many uncertain factors in domestic and foreign markets are making the reform of state-owned enterprises more urgent. How to treat both the symptoms and the root causes of the reform may be a difficult problem before the merger of the three major automobile central enterprises.

From various indications, the industry changes triggered by high-level changes indicate that the reform of the three major automobile central enterprises is changing its thinking, and perhaps deep cooperation will become the next main theme.
