Brief introduction of SS7C vehicle

prepare

In order to meet the needs of speeding up passenger transport on existing railway lines and sections with many long ramps in China in the 1960s, Datong Locomotive Works applied to the Ministry of Railways and People's Republic of China (PRC) in the late 1960s to develop 120km/h passenger electric locomotive based on Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive, and 1998 was approved to be included in the railway scientific and technological research and development plan. According to the design task of 120km/h passenger electric locomotive issued by the Ministry of Railways, Shaoshan 7C passenger electric locomotive is designed and developed by Datong Locomotive Works, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute and Chengdu Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works.

Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive is improved and designed according to the characteristics of passenger locomotive on the basis of Shaoshan 7 locomotive. The locomotive main circuit, bogie and car body structure are basically the same, inheriting the Bo-Bo-Bo axle type of Shaoshan 7 and Shaoshan 7B locomotives. The main features of Shaoshan 7C locomotive are small axle load, lightweight car body, speed change ratio, train power supply device, double pipe air supply and so on. Maximum running speed120km/h; In addition, in view of the inertia quality problems in the operation of Shaoshan 7 C locomotive, the Shaoshan 7C locomotive was treated to improve its reliability. Before the design, Datong Locomotive Works carried out the speed-up traction test of 120km/h on Shaoshan No.7 00 14 locomotive, and obtained the test data of the speed-up locomotive. 1998 Wutai Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive (0080 ~ 0084) was produced by Datong Locomotive Works as the prototype of Shaoshan 7 locomotive. Although the car body structure of Shaoshan 7 locomotive is still adopted, its electrical appliances, traction performance and car body painting are almost the same as those of Shaoshan 7 locomotive, with the construction speed of 120 km/h and axle load of 22 tons.

test

The first batch of two Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive prototypes (000 1. 0002) was completed in August 1998. In June of the same year, 5438+ 10, the Xi 'an Locomotive Depot of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau began the operation assessment of 200,000 kilometers, and Longhai Railway was put into the passenger traction tasks of Xi 'an to Baoji and Xi 'an to Zhengzhou. From June 65438 to June 0999, the product quality supervision and inspection center of the Ministry of Railways selected one of the locomotives to conduct dynamic performance tests between Beijing and Shijiazhuang on the Beijing-Guangzhou line. By August, 2000, Shaoshan 7C locomotive had completed the task of operation assessment, during which 1 locomotive was broken and 9 locomotives were temporarily repaired. The test results show that Shaoshan 7C locomotive has good performance, good adhesion utilization rate, starting acceleration performance and high-speed speed regulation ability, especially the starting acceleration performance is at the leading level of AC -DC electric locomotive in China. The acceleration time and distance of locomotive towing 20 passenger cars (1100t) from standstill to120km/h. On the long slope of 12‰, the balance speed can reach 88km/h.

At the same time, the Ministry of Railways requires that the speed-up passenger electric locomotives used in the Xi-Zhengzhou section of Longhai Railway be re-selected. In addition to the Shaoshan 7C locomotive of Datong Locomotive Works, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works also developed Shaoshan 8B electric locomotive with shifting shaft to compete with it, which was in the middle of 1998, and then produced Shaoshan 8 200 1 and 2002 test vehicles in Zhengzhou-Zhengzhou of Longhai Railway. However, the test results are not as good as the wave axis of Shaoshan 7C locomotive, which makes Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive determined by the Ministry of Railways as the main passenger speed-up locomotive of the third speed-up of China Railway in 2000. In June, 2002, 5438+ 10, Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive passed the ministerial appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.

use

Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive was put into operation in 1999. In the same year, the first batch of 15 locomotives were officially assigned to Xi' an locomotive depot and put into use in Zhengzhou-Xi' an section of Longhai Railway. In 2000, the second batch of 20 locomotives were assigned to Lanzhou Locomotive Depot in lanzhou railway administration and put into use in Lanzhou-Xi 'an section of Longhai Railway. The 200 1 China Railway has been speeded up for the fourth time, and the southwest region has been included in the speed-up range for the first time. The Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive has been identified as the main passenger speed-up locomotive of Xiangpu Railway by the Ministry of Railways. In April of the same year, the speed-up traction test of Shaoshan 7C locomotive 00 1 1 in Xiangfan-Dazhou-Chongqing section of Xiangyu Railway was successful, and the maximum speed reached 128.8km/h when towing 16 25K speed-up passenger cars. In the same year, a large number of Shaoshan 7C locomotives were distributed to Chongqing South Locomotive Depot of Chengdu Railway Bureau, Ankang Locomotive Depot of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau and Liu Liping Locomotive Depot, and put into use on Xiangyu Railway.

Since then, kunming railway administration Kunming Locomotive Depot, Liuzhou Railway Bureau Nanning Locomotive Depot, Guangzhou Railway Group Huaihua Locomotive Depot and Zhuzhou Locomotive Depot have successively been assigned to Shaoshan 7C locomotives and put into use in Nankun Railway, Guikun Railway, Huai Yu Railway and Xiangqian Railway. As of 2006, Datong Electric Locomotive Works has produced 17 1 Shaoshan 7C electric locomotives.

improve

Shaoshan 7C locomotive (000 1 ~ 0 14 1) produced in the early stage adopted two-stage bridge rectifier circuit, regenerative braking and electronic control device of Shaoshan 7 locomotive. Since 2005, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Railways, all Shaoshan 7C locomotives (0 142 ~ 0 17 1) delivered in the later period have adopted different main transformers and main converter devices, switched to unequal three-stage bridge rectifier circuits and regenerative braking feed resistors for braking, and replaced electronic analog control with microcomputer control devices. In addition, 0092 locomotive began to adopt standardized cab; The locomotives from 0 157 to 0 17 1 delivered from the factory in the later period are painted yellow, which is one of the rare painting colors of China railway locomotives, so they are nicknamed "bananas" by China railway fans.

The main features of locomotives are:

1. adopts two-stage bridge phase control (full control+half control) and its compound excitation circuit, with stepless speed regulation and stepless field weakening;

2. The characteristic control mode of constant current starting and quasi-constant speed operation is adopted;

3. Adopt microcomputer control and LCU logic control unit;

4. Motor rolling bearing nose suspension and low inclination traction rod are adopted;

5. Adopt B0-B0-B0 bogie and unilateral braking;

6. Regenerative braking is used for electric braking;

7. Power supply for train heating and air conditioning;

8. Adopt double control air supply;

9. In order to meet the requirement of axle load of 22 tons, the main components such as the whole, car body, bogie and transformer are lightweight designed.

Accident record

At 8: 00 am on July 26th, 2009, the 1043 passenger train from Xi 'an to Urumqi caught fire while running to the left line of Wushaoling Tunnel, the longest railway tunnel in China. After emergency treatment by the railway and fire departments, 1700 passengers escaped on foot, and the fire was put out, causing no casualties. The SS7C-0026 locomotive in Lanzhou West Locomotive Depot was also burned to death. After investigation, the fire was caused by the oil leakage from the main transformer oil tank, and CSR Chengdu Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., the locomotive overhaul factory, was mainly responsible. The 026 locomotive is also the first Shaoshan 7C locomotive that Chengdu Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company has carried out minor repairs, and its trial repair was completed in February 2007.

On June 5438+1October 65438+1October 4, 2007, lanzhou railway administration Lanzhou West Locomotive No.0050, the passenger train of Shaoshan 7B from Lanzhou to Guangzhou, ran to Longhai Railway and went up to Mianchi to Yimajian K749+750 of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau. Because the front of the car made a strong abnormal noise, the driver immediately braked and stopped, and the incident did not happen.

At 4 o'clock on July 18, 2004, the passenger train 1326 from Chongqing to Hangzhou was towed by the locomotive SS7C-0 139 in Huaihua Locomotive Depot to K692+ 178.5 on the upward line from Jialao to Baolao on the Xiang-Gui line, and crashed to the right of the running direction.
