After inspection by Zhumadian Food and Drug Inspection Institute, Atractylodes lancea (batch number 20 170300 1) produced by Beijing Shizhentang (Yichang) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was unqualified, and the unqualified items were TLC and content.
The Dalbergia odorifera (batch number 16070 1) produced by Shangqiu Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center was unqualified, and the unqualified items were TLC and content.
The levofloxacin hydrochloride injection labeled as Anhui Hengxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (batch number1612011) was unqualified by runan county Food and Drug Inspection Institute, and the unqualified items were visible foreign bodies.
After inspection by Puyang Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center, citicoline sodium for injection (batch number1606292511) marked as Chen Xin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was unqualified, and the unqualified items were visible foreign bodies.
