According to the announcement issued by Fushun Special Steel and the reorganization plan of Northeast Special Steel Group, after the reorganization, Jincheng Shazhou Equity Investment Co., Ltd. of Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area will hold 43% equity of Northeast Special Steel Group, thus indirectly controlling the company. At the same time, Northeast Special Steel Group is still the direct controlling shareholder of Fushun Special Steel.
